Period-Calendar

Need your help and clarification on below points please:

1) “Period Type” Currently it is setup as;

The question is Client is currently using Monthly Calendar and planning to change it to “445” from 2019 Jan 1. We will keep same calendar but sure what the impacts are based on “Year Type”.

2) Currently it is setup as “JAN-17” and assigned to the Ledgers and not used for any transaction but need to be changed as “01-2017”. Is it allowed to change? What is the impact of the changes?

Need your thoughts and help here please!
