Not able to enter the project budget in Project Management

Hello Folks,

We have created a project in project management and we are trying to enter the Project budget from Financial tab.

System is not allowing to enter the project budget i.e raw cost the field is not allowed to enter the budget.

1)Financial Plan setting we have selected only Raw cost.

In the below screenshot,system is not allowing to enter the budget

Can anyone let me know,if am missing anything.
