The Averge Cost update process is not working. We have created new items as always and the Inventor

We have created new items as always and the Inventory Org has tried to update the average cost by using Average Cost update but price is still showing 0 value in Iprocurement

When the cost is update it shows records applied successfully but not showing any value in the Iprocurement catalgue.

This just started happening in the system and is even happening when trying to update existing items average cost.
