ebTax-OM-Tax value calculated in OM (tax_line_value in oe_order_lines_all table)

Hello Experts - We have a unique issue when process order api is getting called during Sales Order creation. The tax calculated by the API is different than the one calculated in AR. Now, we do understand that the OM tax is an estimated tax, but this piece of code has been working fine since a long time. There are 2 key observations we have done.

1) The lines having the incorrect tax value in the Order Lines have their unit_selling_price rounded to a whole number when the tax is getting calculated.

2) All the lines with incorrect tax value have tax_line_value in the order lines table populated.
