using emcli to download patches

Hello, I have OEM 13.2 and am applying patches somewhat successfully using the GUI but was hoping there was a way to do it manually from the agent system itself

I have 5 systems that just will not patch and the error logs are really of no help. Is there a way to do this from the cli?
