JDE 9.0 Excess Earnings for CD not being calculated - where is JDE 9.0 BUG & ESU? 9.2 has the fixes

Hello,

The Excess Earnings for Canada's CD EI tax is not being calculated in JDE 9.0 in 2018. I found Bugs and ESU for 9.2 but nothing for 9.0.  Where is the 9.0 equivalent for Bug 27310458, Bug 26775487,  & JN16391 .... Doc ID 2346396.1. Please advise.
