Supplier Price Catalog Questions

All:

I have set up supplier pricing in the Supplier Price Catalog (P41061) with price breaks for different quantities.  Entering a PO it appears the pricing is calculated on a line by line basis.  Is there a way to aggregate the quantities for an item with multiple lines on the order?  For example, I have an order with 2 lines for item A for 250 each.  There is a price break at 250 and another at 500.  Is there a way to have the 500 level price default into the order?

Our other question is can the PO's be set up to notify the buyer at PO entry that an item has quantity breaks?
