Modify the Sourcing Events Details PDF

We need to modify the PDF file for the Event Details that go with Sourcing Notifications. The Delivered PDF format does not meet the City's standards. We have modified the email tempaltes but we also need to modify the PDF to meet standards. Can any one tell me where or how to modify the PDF or the template that creates the PDF?
