IRM (Repository Merge) for IP18.10 is running for 20 hours

Hello,

We are running IRM from version siebel 811.10 to IP18.10.

Upgrep was completed in 7 hours approx. But Repository merge is running for almost 20 hours now.

We could see Tools/log- IRM_MERGE.txt is getting appended. But process is very slow.

We did follow the pre-requisite prior to Upgrade. Ran DB-stat, disable all backend jobs..

DB: Oracle 11g

Any thoughts, what could be the possible reason behind this slowness?
