Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In a multi org environment the depot repair is used only for one OU.

How I can segregate customers (only of that OU) to avoid users select customers of other OU ??

The multi org rules for SR doesn't work.

Have I to build a form personalization ?
