Depot Repair - Create RMA Order

Hi,

I'm completely new to Depot Repair Module. This is the first time I'm trying to Test Depot Repair Functionality.

I have completed most of the Setups by following the document "Oracle Depot Repair Implementation Guide Release 12.1".

I have created Service Request and RO. I stuck with RMA Order creation as LOV for Service Activity is blank.

Please help with resolving this.
