Database - RAC/Scalability (MOSC)

[ksxp_except], [0],[0],[1],[1] and [ipc_receive_done_1] error on 12.2 RAC running on Oracle Linux 7.

We have 2 nodes version 12.2 RAC running on Oracle Linux 7.5

The Oracle cluster has been running fine.But the database keeps getting the following errors, and one of the instances would shutdown itself once in a while:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ksxp_except], [0], [0], [1], [1], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ipc_receive_done_1], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

For our environment, the following has been implemented:

(1) Patch 24400947 has been applied to the database home, per Doc ID 2339558.1 : ORA-00600 [ksxp_except] / ORA-00600 [ipc_receive_done_1]

(2) The servers' private interconnect level switch bonding mode was configured to be active-backup mode Per Doc ID 2289358.1 : ORA-00600 [IPC_RECEIVE_DONE_1] While Second Instance Trying to Join
