uDesigner: Components lists associated with Configurations Packages stay in "Pending" status

uDesigner: Configuration Packages and Components lists:  I have created Configuration Packages in uDesigner, imported and applied in Production successfully. However, the associated components lists of all of these packages are sill "Pending".

Why and what to do?
