Unable to connect to Object Manager using COM Data Control after Upgrade

Hello,

We are currently facing an issue with our Excel loader we used in the past to load product data into Siebel.

The Loader is based on a macro that connects to the Object Manager of Siebel.

On previous version 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030], this worked fine.

ISSUE: After upgrade to 18.10.0.0 SIA [23073] the loader no longer works.

Here is what we managed to find out so far.

- The load is based on Excel (Visual Basic) using COM Data Control

- the DLL which uses COM Data Control is correctly registered (sstchca.dll)

- Object manager is running but did not generate any log file after request was sent
