ORA-00439: feature not enabled: RAC Sharding

I am trying to use 18c new feature RAC Sharding.

In a RAC environment on a partitioned table I have run the following and got an error:

SQL> alter system enable affinity myparttable;

alter system enable affinity myparttable

*

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-00439: feature not enabled: RAC Sharding
