Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Service requests with a value in Notes field are failing with JTF error after PSU patch

After installing the Unix PSU patch: 28204707: DATABASE PATCH SET UPDATE 11.2.0.4.181016,

we are getting the errors below on any Service Request that that has a value in the Notes Description field.

If we view or create a Service Request with a Notes value, we always get this error, if the Notes field is left blank, everything works fine.

We are on Oracle Ebusiness 12.2.5

Database version: 11.2.0.4

Unix OS: Solaris 5.10
