Hide old purchase orders in iSupplier portal

Hi,

We are using oracle EBS since 2001.

We have lots of purchase orders in our instance.

What is the simplest way to hide purchase orders which are older than 2 years in iSupplier portal ?

The requirement is, do not show purchase orders which are older than 2 years in iSupplier portal.

Or show only purchase orders from November 2016

Please suggest all possible options.
