Advanced Payment Term using Installments and Workday Calendar
I need to set up a Payment Term for 8 installments, each due the last day of the month.
What I expect to see:
Expensed in December
Due dates:
12/31/18
1/31/19
2/28/19
3/31/19
4/30/19
5/31/19
Etc…..
I set up a new payment term (ZL1) with 8 installments and used a new due date Rule (V30N)
Due Date Rule V30N
Based on date = 1
days to add = 30
Calendar = 957
Work Day Rule = 3
Work Day Calendar 957 is set up for every month from 11/2018 thru 12/2019. Each Work Day Calendar has each day set to E except for the very last day of the month is set to W.
I create a new voucher with 12/1/18 invoice date and Payment terms = ZL1. The voucher splits into 8 installments but they are all due 12/31/18.
