R12.2.8: Insufficient privileges to objects in APPS_NE

Hello,

We recently upgraded to r12.2.8 from r12.1.3.    There are custom objects which got moved to APPS_NE schema.   These are non-editioned objects.    Some packages are dependent on these objects and we are unable to compile them

ORA-06552: PL/SQL: Compilation unit analysis terminated

ORA-06553: PLS-904: insufficient privilege to access object
