Creating new Person Types
We would like to create two new person types to manage community members that we have on campus, 'Volunteer' and 'Intern'.
I added these two values with System Name of 'External' on the Person Type form: US Super HRMS Manager>Other>Person Types
But, when I have an employee selected on the People screen, I choose Options>Person Type Usage and enter a new Person Type record, but neither 'Volunteer' nor 'Intern' appear in the Find Person Type list. On a side note, there is actually a value in the Find Person Type list that is not on my US Super HRMS Manager>Other>Person Types screen.
