Oracle database certifications after 18c?

Does anyone know or have an idea on what Oracle's plans maybe for database certificaions, e.g. OCA, OCP and OCM with this new yearly release cycle? They can't possibly get certs done each year for 18c, 19c, etc? Also what about upgrades? We just use "opatch apply" to update RUs and RURs, will we ever use DBUA again after 18c? Any thoughts?
