Automating the journal import and journal posting

Good Day

How can we go about automating the journal import and journal posting.

this is the scenario:

1. we get information(journals) from an external system into the GL_interface table.

2. user logs into the application and import the journal and subsequently post the journal

3. we want to eliminate the part where users logs into the system and imports and post the journals

4. we want a situation were once the data is in GL_Interface it is automatically impoeted in GL_JE tables and posted...

How can we go about this.
