Flagging Sales Order Lines with insufficient inventory

In JDE E1 9.0, we are neither backordering nor cancelling sales order lines when we have insufficient inventory.  User gets the 030B Order Quantity Exceeds What's Available warning, but goes ahead and creates the order.  We are interested in running reports on SO lines that were entered with insufficient inventory available.  Is there a field anywhere in the database that would indicate that the order was saved with the 030B warning in effect for insufficient inventory?
