Issue with saving outline from EAS or Planning

Hi,

We have installed the new epm software 11.1.2.4 on 3 tier architect . Foundation on one server, Planning on second and essbase on 3rd. I was able to create a planning application when I do the DB refresh it's failing. I tried to create simple BSO essbase application via EAS and when add the members and save the outline it never saves.

I noticed it is creating .OTN file but then unable to change to .OTL.

Basically it seems the restructure outline was failing.
