What is EXT_TRNSFR_FROM?

We are setting up transfer credit rules in Campus Solutions. The records we use for setting up course equivalency are:

TRNSFR_COMP

TRNSFR_FROM

TRNSFR_TO

Our developer found these records, which *do* exist in our system and in CSDEMO92:

EXT_TRNSFR_COMP

EXT_TRNSFR_FROM

EXT_TRNSFR_TO

I searched Oracle Support and PeopleBooks using those record names, with 0 results. Does anyone know what those records are used for?
