Data Pump export hanging

Greeting All.

I am using  Oracle 12.1 on Linux. My database backup starts at 1:30 am, and normally ends before 4 am. On Tuesday night, the server admin team made some changes to the Linux sever and rebooted the sever. The database then failed to restart, complaining that /dev/shm was too small. So, I stopped another DB and was able to start THIS DB. I could not get any useful info from the server team about what were changed. It's 1:30 PM today, and the export is still hanging. CPU usage is very low, database activities are low too. I hope exports
