EM13.3 + Oracle RDBMS 18.4 Not Capturing ORA-600/7445 Alerts

Wondering if there are any folks out there running EM13.3 and have an 18.4 database that can test to see if they are receiving ORA-00600 alerts. I'm going to open a SR but hoping for a quicker confirmation by reaching out to the community.

Specifics:

  • EM version is 13.3
  • EM agent version is 13.3
  • DB plugin version is 13.3.1.0.0
  • DB is 18.4

You can execute the following as sys to throw a test alert into the alert logs:

exec sys.dbms_system.ksdwrt(2, 'ORA-00600: SIMULATED ERROR, 18c TESTING, PLEASE IGNORE');

I appreciate anyone who can assist with this test.
