We have a Webcenter portal (12.2.1.3.0) setup. The portal contains content manager taskflow in the page. everything works fine. after running for a while, we got the following error in portal when try to access content manager taskflow page:

ADFC-06015: An exception occurred when invoking a task flow initializer.

In portal.log I see WCC-ADF-30000: The Faces Servlet filter 'oracle.wcc.adf.vc.WccServletFilter' is not configured correctly.

I can restart managed servers to fix the issue. But I would like to know what cause this issue.

Could anyone give me any suggestion?
