Using attachments in quoting

in Quoting - EBS (MOSC) Question

Is there a way to use the document catalog / attachments that are in OM - also in the quoting form?  I updated the function for the document attachment categories to include quoting, but I still cannot select the Order Management attachments in quoting?

We don't want to duplicate attachments in quoting and order management.
