Does Oracle has any restriction on server brands & cpu combination?

Hi All,

I'm asking here hoping to get some inputs a I'm not sure how to raise an SR officially to MOS on this. I can't find any category on the problem box for such question.

Does Oracle has any restrictions on the brands of servers to run Oracle databases? E.g. some software have certain restrictions that it must be run on an HPE Intel server only. Do Oracle has such behavior as well?
