Is there a way to restrict the Service Request Group Owners?

Hi,

I have a Resource Group assigned to a service request type.

However after i create a service request, when I check the LoV of Group from SR Header, I see all the Resource Groups available.

Is this the standard uIs there a way to restrict the resource groups a user can access.

Note:- There are only 4 resource groups assigned to user in the Resource form. However I can still see of them from the SR Header Group LoV.
