delimiter need to use END OF MEDIUM instead of comma

Hello,

we need to use Golden Gate to extract data from Oracle database, and then write into flat file, but the delimiter we need to use END OF MEDIUM instead of comma.

My understand Oracle provides a file adapter and use writer.files.control.delim.chars can control it. But it will need a licence for this feature.  if there is any other way to achieve my request without using file adapter and use writer.files.control.delim.chars?
