Journal Generator Templates for Student Financials

We are on CS 9.0 and Financials 9.2, using the integration with PeopleSoft Financials.  Can you tell me where on the Financials side the journal generator template data is entered to be messaged to CS?  PeopleBooks states the following, but it is not clear where to do this:

You define the journal generator templates in PeopleSoft General Ledger and load them through an integration point.

We are investigating what seems to be a missing journal generator template that previously existed for Student Financials.
