LogMiner license?

Hi everybody,

we searched a way to analyze log files and found LogMiner as a free tool without additional license needs. So we used it to analyze some log files, which worked very well.

Afterwards we found that LogMiner created some partitioned tables within the user schema.

Additionally DBA_FEATURE_USAGE_STATISTICS mentions that 'Partitioning (user)' usage as TRUE.

So my question is, if I need the Partitioning option license to use LogMiner?
