Failed to interface Batch # to Order Management because API interface_hea der_to_OM failed

Hi ,

We are facing issue on Interface Tripstop , it completed with Warning (Failed to interface Batch # to Order Management because API interface_hea der_to_OM failed) .

Order status is closed in Sales order line but in shipping transaction status is still Run Interface .
