Enter Quality Results - FRM 40350

Hi,

We are seeing a strange error when we enter the quality results and save the results, at times the form throws the FRM 40350 Query cause no records to be retrieved and the previously entered results get wiped out from the form, but they are saved in the DB. There is no particular pattern or sequence of events that causing this error to happen, we tried saving the record using CTL+S and the "Save" button from the menu the issue happens for both but not all the time.
