Need to change APPLIED_BY in Credit Check Hold in OM

Hello Gurus,

Need your help as we found while the Credit Check Hold is applied the APPLIED_BY is showing the username i..e the person who actually booked the order.

But can it be change to SETUPUSER by default as the business requirement says they dont want the username to be shown as the system is applying the HOLD and not the user.

Please advise if its feasible
