Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Oracle Payables Accounting Process Concurrent Request Errors Out: REP-1419

The only arguments that are changed for this process is the Date everything else remains basically the same

The issue occurs on and any date after the '2018/11/28 00:00:00'. If the date is before the process runs with out issue

The payables accounting process is failing with

MSG-00005: Error occured in the accounting process
MSG-00006: Error Message:
REP-01419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted
