Advanced Pricing Price Schedule to Return Lowest Price

We use Advanced Pricing which sometimes returns an override price and sometimes returns a discounted price. We also have Flier prices which are temporary sales prices. How can we setup the price schedule so that it only applies the Flier price if it is lower than the customers discounted price?
