Error - Status flow not set up

Hello,

I'm stuck in a bit of a problem here either related to configurtor or set up which can't be identified. So basically when the users try to punch in an export sales order or sample sales order with line type W and when they select  the attributes in the configurator (P3210 ZJDE0001) he gets an error STATUS FLOW NOT SET UP in the same window. This issue is for few items only. The same items works totally fine with the same line type W when punched in a normal sales order. We have checked the necessary sets up related to
