Siebel Remote Client Setup

Dear Team,

In Siebel IP2017. I have registered the user in Siebel-Remote Client and as-per the process, i have also executed the Generated Database and Database Extract for the specific user.

But during the initial process, when the Siebel Remote Client initializes for the first time. I am facing the following error in Oracle XE.

"ORA-12953: The request exceeds the maximum allowed database size of 11 GB"

Need your help guyz.
