Can A Transfer Price Be Used at Internal requsition with An Inter-org Transfer between 2 OU?

Is it possible to get price at Internal requisition from price list (not from item standard cost) between 2 Operation Units (Discrete to discrete)?

We found many notes, but we can not find final answer.
