How to select location for order

Hi,

Is it possible to setup default location for sales order?

Eg. Suppose if I place sales order for order type SO then system should always pick location according to setup.

  Now if I don't define then it will pick primary location by default or in later stages I can choose lot/location.

Now I want to do setup so that while entering SO it should pick specific location by default say Other Quantity 1 or Other Quantity 2.

Is this possible.
