How to dynamically populate Section Label on layout?

Hi,

I want the section Labels on UI to be dynamically populated based on some conditions in configurable attributes.How could i do that?

Product- BigMachines CPQ

Version - 18A Patch 1

For Example:  There is a picklist with options A,B,C,D. So based on selection in picklist i want the section label as: Section#A or Section#B or Section#C or Section#D.
