Change data capture (Asynchronous Hotlog) stops capturing changes when database restarted

Hello,

We are using Asynchronous hotlog mode which is using online redo logs to capture delta changes in our database (v10g). When the database restarted, we noticed that CDC stopped working and can see it is in "Dictionary Initialisation".

Is there any way to resume the capture process again without dropping the whole change tables and change set and recreating it?

Please help!
