After upgrade to 18c succes, doesn't restart server.

Hello World,

I upgraded a database EE single instance 11.2.0.4.0 with ASM  to 18c succesfully (Oracle Linux 6.5) but after, I restarted the server and not start

When try start the SO, show the next message:

Waiting for ASM to startup

PRCR-1070: Failed to check if resource ora.asm is registered.

CRS-0184 : Cannot communicate with the CRS daemon.

Someone did the same?
