Utilizing default ship sets per line and was able to assign an existing ship set with a different li

We utilize default ship sets per line and allow ship sets on similar warehouses to be consolidated for the same SSD.  I have a scenario where during Entry, the warehouse on one line was changed in an attempt to consolidate a shipment and the lines were given the same SSD, same ship set same warehouse.  The warehouse was then changed and the order booked but the ship set remained the same as the other lines and the line could not be released to warehouse until the ship set was removed from the line.
