How to clean the Inactive session beteen Apps and DB Tier?

Dear all,

I am not sure it is the right place.If not,please let me know the right one.

There are too many rows in following tables. They will slow down the DB performance.

v$process table has over 2400 rows

v$session table has over 2600 rows.

There are two front applications which are based on same DB,one is EBS and another is customized front application(DB connections are fixed about 600, reference:FRISAP01,FRISAP02,FRISAP03).

So about 2000 rows are EBS connections.

About 1/3 EBS connections are OIE module.
