APEX URL Ingtegration with Sales Cloud SaaS using Application Integration Feature

Hi,

We have created web page at APEX platform in database as a cloud service. We want to add the page in Sales cloud using application integration wizard. When we open the page link after adding external URL the page is not opening. Please note we have page developed on PaaS in another identity domain and we are trying to point to new domain where Sales cloud is present. Please suggest any pointer how we can integrate it successfully. The idea is Sales cloud Home page would have new APP ( containing new URL) and it should allow us to open
