Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. eBTax: Allow Override of Customer Exemptions

Hello,

if I can, I have a question when we do not have set the profile option 'eBTax: Allow Override of Customer Exemptions'

and the 'Autoinvoice Import Program' request falls into error:

'Fatal error returned from FND_SEQNUM during document number assignment. Review log messages for details on failed transaction (s)

Routine & ROUTINE can not read the value for selecting profile ZX_ALLOW_TRX_LINE_EXEMPTIONS. '

We will not change anything and then run the 'Autoinvoice Import Program' request again, but it will not fall into this error.

What value of 'eBTax: Allow Override of Customer Exemptions' the system used, when it is not set.
